"Resort was fabulous lord of amenities @ 50$ day the food was very disappointing not enough selection of restaurants breakfast was good expensive, dinner was terrible we discovered a free shuttle took us 15 min away a place with a lots of restaurants stores & disney treats too .my advice go to the concierge when you land No spa which was very surprising… the staff were awesome.."

"Had a daughter/mom trip to Disney and stayed once again at our favorite hotel aka our vacation home. Love it here every time we come. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Close to everything"

"I love the staff and the environment. It is dated and I do bring air refresher and insects spray and roach baits because of another review I read before I first booked a room. However, as a Floridian, I work from home, I’m required continuing education credits, this location is my study/testing place. I feel safe, there’s enough meals options in the area and I get my work done. "

"It was located in a decent area that was quiet and convenient to where we needed to go! Although there was only one hot tub that the jets worked on it was still a good pool. Only let down was not being able to have a continental breakfast which is usually in Holiday Inns we stay at. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and made the stay comfortable! Would stay again if we decided to be off Disney property next time too!"

"The stay was great. Staff is very nice and the room was amazing. First 2 night were nice an quiet. 3rd night had very noisy upstairs neighbors. You can hear every footstep and conversation. That would be my only complaint, but thats not on the hotel . Would stay again for sure"

" Very friendly staff and great location. Pool was very nice and bar/cafe was decent if pricey. My only issues really were 1) only one washer and one dry for the entire hotel meant we couldn't dry out our shoes after getting caught in the rain at Disney. 2) Shortly after checking in 2 of the 3 elevators went down. The whole 16 floors had to use one elevator. Getting around was terrible."
