"The house, as depicted on the internet, arrived from California on a one-week business trip. Consequently, I sought accommodation. However, the property’s cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The shower exhibited scum, spider webs were prevalent, and the floor was unkempt. Notably, I observed a few ants, which I promptly eliminated using the cleaning products left behind. "So this will be the weirdest 5 star review on a VRBO. Unfortunately, when my wife and I got to the VRBO, there was a communication mix up and we actually did not get to stay because, we'll call it a computer issue. We never received our check-in instructions. "Place was very clean and convenient. We needed a place with room to park a boat and there was plenty of room. It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again."
