Apt 2 The Mod Squad

Summary:

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Whether you’re a travel nurse, med student, working temporarily, visiting local family, or just passing through for an event you will enjoy this conveniently located apartment. Just 5 minutes from I-80 (Youngstown-Warren) and 5 minutes to either of 2 hospitals in Sharon/Hermitage/New Castle PA. Masury is a quiet community and our apartments are pet friendly with a nice yard for puppy play. New furniture and updated bathroom.



The Space:

Apartment 2 was fully renovated in 2022. The new kitchen has a Vita- mix blender, stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, new furniture. You will feel spacious comfort as you relax in front of the 52” Roku smart TV. A desk makes work from home easy. There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and full-sized dressers and closets. Bed linens, pillows, comforters and towels are all available for your use and freshly laundered after each guest leaves. In the basement is a new Maytag washer and dryer set for your convenience. They operate via Bluetooth app for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!



Guest Access:

You will share the entire yard with other guests. Your parking space is marked with a #2. Should you need a second space please use one of the guest spaces. Please contact Jeanne if you need more than 2 spaces.

Once you enter the secure building you will share only the common hallways and the laundry room (basement). Your apartment is secured with a mechanical keypad lock.



The Neighborhood:

Our building is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our lawn service is our neighbor Holly, and our snow service is our other neighbor Jamie. The post office is conveniently located just down the street.



Getting Around:

Our parking spaces are marked for each apartment. We have only 2 guest spaces, but if they are filled you may park on our grass or on the street. We have a dumpster for your trash. Please empty all wastebaskets and place trash in the dumpster before you check out.



Other Things to Note:

Although you will be staying in Ohio, Sharon Pennsylvania is only five minutes away. There are several good restaurants and many fun happening in Sharon. Yoga at the Walnut Street Lodge with Abbey Alter is always a treat. Grocery stores include Giant Eagle in Hubbard and Hermitage, Save-A-Lot in Sharon, and Donofrio’s in Hermitage. Buhl Park and the Shenango Resevoir are both amazing paces for pickle ball and canoeing. Please visit the “visit mercer county PA” link at your earliest opportunity.
