"チェックイン時に鍵の持ち出し方や施錠された玄関の解除方法などをデモンストレーションしてくださり、とても分かりやすかったです。また頼んだ訳でもなく、キャリーケースを部屋まで運んでいただき助かりました。3つ星ホテルでここまで親切にしていただいたのはここが初めてです。 またツェルマットに訪れた際はここに泊まりたいと思います。"
