"I hadn't heard from the owner/manager prior to the day of our vacation and I thought they were being very careful about giving out a code or key location to check-in. I continued to monitor my emails for check-in instructions but nothing came. Finally I called and inquired and someone said they would get back to me. Then I got a notification that our reservation was cancelled, literally one hour before check-in. They said the previous renter did damage they had to repair but we got no heads up...

"We had a wonderful time at this location that we actually booked an additional night. We had 4 adults so the three rooms fit us perfectly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the place had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and space for us all the spread out even on a rainy afternoon. We were able to crab and fish off the dock and we will definitely be booking again next year. "

Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! "
