This beautiful 3 bdrm, 2 full bath home sits on the inter-coastal waterway with beautiful bay views. Off street parking for three cars right in front of property in safe neighborhood.

Easy water access right in back of property with swimming access, waterfront seating, kayaks, stand up paddle board, fishing, and crabbing traps available for use.

Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Ventnor, which is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, live music, and more.

Sleeps 8 comfortably with a large grate room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen has bar and bar stools for entertaining.

Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and microwave.

Linens and towels included with every stay.

Also has video game system for the kids!

Chill with a view.

We neeed a place near family for an event that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 cars. We not only got that, but a spacious one with picture windows overlooking the canal near the beach, with a laid back and gracious host and plently of room for each of us to relax. The kitchen was fully kitted and the beds very comfortable.

Quick Getaway

We had a great experience for this 3 day getaway. The house was beautiful. Lots of things to do in a,very nice area. The owner Joe was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it!

The Perfect Getaway

I stayed at Joseph's place on the water for the weekend with my family. The location was absolutely perfect and had gorgeous big windows to overlook the water while you relaxed in the living room. You could walk to multiple places within 1-3 blocks such as The Dorset, Bay Buzz, Wahine Wines, Ventnor Coffee, etc. Joseph was so responsive, both before and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to staying here again soon!
There is no picture from this angle in the listing so I wanted to show what an amazing view I had of the water while my boys played in the living room!

Joe, the homeowner, was easy to work with and quick to help when we locked ourselves out of the house. The home was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the waterway. Seeing the draw bridge open and close from the comfort of the home was a special treat. The ten minute walk to the beach was an easy stroll. The home was well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I plan to stay at this home for our next trip to the beach.

Outdated, but clean and comfortable

This property is somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Watched fireworks from the living room window. Not as close to beach as others, but certainly doable. Host is friendly, helpful and inviting. Couldn’t find bath towels at first. A list of informative items would be helpful, such as location of important items like beach tags, bath towels and extra garbage bags, Beach Parking info, etc.

Ventnor Beach Gem!

This was our first time to the area and Joseph's home made it a perfect trip! First of all, he's an excellent host and extremely responsive. The home is stocked with all the essentials and has lots of space for a family. It's also pet friendly which is a must for us! Being right on the water was so great, Joseph even had kayaks and other water toys for us to use. We even caught some crabs for dinner in his crab pots! It's just a short walk to the ocean and was just the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend!

The house was awesome and just like the pictures presented. The view from the livingroom was amazing and the house was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. He made us feel welcomed and offered his assistance, if needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Joe was a great host. Always accessible to us and quickly addressed any concerns we had. It was a great location - easy to get around. Being on the water was most enjoyable. Lots of room, Laundry facilities a bonus! Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

My wife and kids wanted to come up to AC and visit rainforest cafe. We decided against hotel and chose to stay here for space. Home it is very spacious and quiet which we thoroughly enjoyed. It had everything we needed. Everything was very clean neat and organized.
