"It's very clean and the aesthetic is nice. It's in an excellent location, and the room was very affordable. The only real issue was the lack of basic hotel amenities. "THIS is a guilty pleasure. Love the location and isolation of this property. They have a couple dining options and great room service. "The hotel is nice, the location is good. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We did have one staff memeber at the desk who was just rude. She was dismissive , and was not happy about having her private phone calls interrupted. Aside from that it is a good place to stay. "

"Breakfast Buffet was good, hot and reasonably priced. Staff was very accommodating. The tall black night manager is an excellent person. He was very helpful and informative. Made us feel like valued customers. The pool was good, and I was glad to see it got closed at intervals for necessary maintenance to ensure we had clean, bacteria free water to swim in. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying there again! "

"The proprietors of the Inn were very hospitable and available. It was a very charming historic place and we enjoyed touring the town with the historic markers on the buildings and the park down the street. We especially enjoyed the individually prepared breakfast in the morning."

"The staff was very professional and friendly. While the hotel did experience a power outage when I called the front desk he was very pleasant and thanked me for calling to say I saw the transformer blow. it as handled quickly and concerned."
