"This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier.
Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot.
I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

"The room was great and Angela was very nice and helpful. Great price and convenient to train station. It should be a 6 star but it is difficult to find and the elevator is very small and a bit old. Knowing where it is now I would stay again but this general area is not a 5 star area. If you are elderly maybe a different option"

"When visiting the Napoli area, we prefer to stay in this tranquil compound in Pozzuoli, near the amphitheater. There are a variety of room styles and the off-street parking is secure.
Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, barbershops ... it's a complete neighborhood.
You can walk to the metropolitana for train service or down to the port for ferries to Procida and Ischia and Capri."

"I felt at perfect peace, could come here for a meditation retreat. October was perfect timing, nice weather and lesser crowds. Very confusing upon arrival, luckily harbor office is next door and helped me call the owner. After that everything was smooth and easy. Loved the roof deck too. I would definitely come back. "

"Great location with lots of restaurants and close to the ferry terminal - 2 kilometres of easy walking or a short cab ride. Much nicer and quieter than central Naples. No breakfast but a coffee shop just beside the hotel."
