"Awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean large room. Good ac, mini fridge with small freezer and microwave. Great location right across from PNE enterance. Breakfast buffet good with hot and cold options and lots of seating. Overall great stay. Will definitely be back!"

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Riverport Richmond by IHG
"Just a few things that could have been better starting with the soap and sponge for dishes; they were used. When I asked for new soap and sponge I received half a bottle of dawn and opened sponge. Microwave didn't work so needed to call for that to be fixed. Bathroom was musty and damp smelling. ..."
