Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
The staff were incredibly polite but the property is dated and could use updating and modernizing considering the price you pay. Clearly you’re paying for location. Sadly the hot tub was cold to lukewarm so that was disappointing as well.

The property was clean, the rooms looked great, and check-in was efficient and easy. The rooftop closed earlier than the posted time, which was a bit disappointing, but still manageable. Pan Pacific Vancouver
The hotel is nice but for the same price I would stay across at the faitmong. It Took 1.5 hours to check in. We were told that our room was not ready and to come back when we received a text, which was totally fine. When I came back, there was at least 60 people in line to check in or waiting for ...
