"Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process."

The staff was extremely friendly, always welcoming you with a smile and eager to help you make your stay comfortable. Breakfast choices are good.
