"Being the off-season, I would have liked some information on what was available or open. The place itself was nice. Our bathroom door was very squeaky and you could hear the tv next door to us. The beds were very comfortable. The view was nice. The water in the lobby was a nice touch. "

"The views from the Lodge were amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful, providing tips about the area. The food was good, nothing fancy. There was a small wedding the afternoon we arrived and unfortunately the reception was near our room, so it was very loud. They told us about this at check-in but we didn’t expect that it would be so close to us and so loud. Fortunately, the reception ended about 10 pm, so we were able to get some rest. "

"Our stay was fine. The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful. Coffee machine in room was not cleaned. Cont. breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Room was comfortable. Overall, a good stay, but overpriced."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with the women who was at the front desk when we checked in. She wasn't friendly and was condescending in regards to questions we had about our stay. Later when we went to the pool there was a gentleman at the desk and he was very helpful, our ice maker wasn't working and he got us a bag of ice. He was very pleasant."

"Nice clean hotel. Parking was get there early or later because street where you parked was crowed. Great check in with stories about the town and hotel."

"Timberline has everything you need for a great stay in Leadville—a comfortable, spacious room with a kitchenette in an ideal location. It’s walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, all done online. And, they were kind enough to allow early check-in. The beds are super comfy. I’ll stay here again!"

"Stayed here for two nights with my family and we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was really impressive, my kids had fun in the pool and overall the hotel was clean and accommodating."
