"I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price. "We stayed at the cabin for a visit to SUNY Cortland. We were pleasantly surprised about every aspect of our stay. Besides the location being minutes from the University, the cabin was much larger than expected, immaculate and very charming. Although we did not ski during our visit, the Greek Peak resort was less than a minute away and looked amazing. This is the place I will stay for all future trips to the area. Highly recommend."

"We had a great stay. Cris is a wonderful host. The accomodations are clean and well equipped. This was our second stay. My teen and I were visiting the area for college tours. Visited Ithaca and traveled to Geneseo on our way home. Thanks again Cris for a wonderful stay. A very different environment in the Fall versus the Summer but still just great."

We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!"

"Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area."
