"I am very disappointed with our recent experience. My son and his partner , both over the legal age of 18 and nearly 20years old stayed at the property over the weekend. During their stay, hotel staff removed the minibar items and also took the complimentary bottle of wine that was included with the reservation.
Unfortunately, they also left behind their phone chargers. Despite contacting the hotel 1 day later, we were told that nothing had been handed in.
What makes this even more...
