"The Alder Hotel was conveniently located for our trip to see Tulane and get a taste of New Orleans. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to some good places to eat. And the outdoor pool was a nice bonus after we spent a long day walking all around the city. "

"I have stay there many time before.now it’s seem to have drop,like up keeping cleaning. The carpet need to be taken up you cant can’t walk around in room with shoe off."

"We had a great day at the Saint Charles Inn. The property was spotless and smelled great and the staff was helpful. Unlike big hotel chains your room will be cleaned every day. Having the Superior Grill attached was a wonderful perk. Check out the happy hour specials. It is also right on the street car line for convenience and two blocks away from Robert’s fresh market, which is my favorite gourmet grocery store. Parking is free and gated. It is walkable to several nearby bars and restaurants....

"I never heard a peep from any other room, which I was totally fretting about. It was very quiet. Nice, spacious room. Good breakfast, coffee all day which I always appreciate! Pool, fitness room, laundry. Decent location...just a 5-10 minute walk to the French Quarter, or a short walk to the French Quarter streetcar (to reach the further parts of the FQ). The streetcar to the Garden District is just a block away. We used the app and got the unlimited daily pass which is just $3/day. Check...

"Pool looked clean, i didn't use it though"

"The staff was nice. The chairs and upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. Comcast/full tv functioning did not work. The pool never had a stock of towels. The mini fridges in the room were super small, could not hold a standard styrofoam to go plate. Also, located right across from an emergency room, ambulance sirens most of the night which of course is the fault of the property but will not return nonetheless. "

"Staff was nice. The sleeping area was not bad the problem was the bathroom. Shower was not clean at all. Soap scum all over the glass and bottom of shower. Looked like the floor hadnt been mopped in a long time. Door would not close properly and toilet kept running. Only stayed 1 night so it wasnt worth complaining in my opinion."

"No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—"

"Free onsite, secure parking. Room was very clean. Loved the seating area. There is a water filler for filtered water. There is some construction next door but rooms have a sound machine to help with the noise AND earplugs are provided. Excellent location. Street car line right across the street. Great restaurants and bars close by. 10/10 will stay here again. "

"Rooms were very clean. Our air conditioner however was certainly not working properly. We were warm. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was a surprise as there was hot food as well as cereal, buns, bagels and toast. "
