"Love the Alder!"

"Very comfortable bed and very quiet."

"Excellent location, staff and units. Very spacious, clean and nicely decored."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! "Not a place I would recommend unless you are an influencer."

"Very nice boutique hotel in downtown New Orleans. Walking distance from Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Frenchman’s street, and most other frequented locations in downtown NOLA. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. After day 2, they were calling us by name and asking how our day went, just like family. Christopher and LaTisha specifically were exceptional! The hotel is freshly renovated and looks awesome. Perfect for a getaway with your significant other or whole family."

"Lo lindo que es el hotel. Me encantó. Una belleza. "
