"My husband and I came to NYC for a concert and found the hotel clean and modern. We liked the cafe down stairs for quick bites and drinks. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were all kind! The only downsides were the shower not getting hot, just warm. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and one on the bed but just one strand so we did not call down about it. We did not report the water temp because it wasn't simply cold. I'd recommend for a quick trip and if you want to be close to...

"The room was ok. The sheets and towels were clean. The room didn’t have trash can in it. There also wasn’t a closet so we had to keep our belongings in the suitcase. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom so it made getting ready a little difficult. I couldn’t see my full body and had to defog the mirror to do my makeup."

"The front desk staff was amazing and helpful however the staff for housekeeping and guest services were lacking. The room I ordered was 2 twin beds but instead I got a room with 1 bed. Had to wait until it was sorted out which delayed my reservation for dinner."

"Not recommended for families as rooms are tiny, no place for luggage and shoes. The 2 full need rooms are extremely small, close to Times Square and everything is in walking by distance big plus but there is a dispensary next-door, so a lot of marijuana odor."

"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. "First time staying here and first time staying in the Upper West Side. Definitely will be returning. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Debra. She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. We showed up 3 hours prior to our check-in time and she was very accommodating."
