"Stayed here while my daughter was in hospital. Location is good for midtown site seeing. Check in was easy. Staff very nice. Room was large and clean. Water pressure in sink and shower not great but worked with it. It is an older building, so you can hear hallway noise."

"The property is dated from the lobby to the hallways. I would say this is more of a 3 star property trying to be a 4 star. I arrived at 3:20 and had to wait for my room at 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded and it was a nice large corner room. The room itself was ok however the banging downstairs on the street was terrible. "Badly designed room with very little space to actually use the exercise equipment they provide. Not very helpful staff. Room was not very well maintained but they clean by default every day unless you ask them not to. Location is ok but honestly pricey for the amenities it provides"

"They charged me 42 dollars for 2 waters in the bar which was totally rediculous . That was my biggest complaint ."

"We had a good, comfortable stay at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Grand Central Terminal. Compared to Times Square, the street was surprisingly quiet, and the area felt very safe. Our room was comfy, though the interior felt a bit outdated for the price—we even noticed some old iron burns on the carpet. I expected slightly more value for the cost. However, the service was excellent. Alexis checked us in late and was incredibly flexible...

I had a PH terrace 2 bedroom and not even had cute tips or cottons, the sofa and chairs were dirty and very old, even the housekeeper told us to get out of the room so she can clean it. She even said doesn’t understand why people go to NYC to sleep!!! Horrible experience at the restaurant and room service!!"

"We stayed four days at the Warwick in the week just before Memorial Day. It was a great stay - staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great. Although it's rates are only slightly lower that the other prestige hotels it's a bargain because of the cleanliness, helpful staff and room amenities."
