"I had a really nice stay here! I stayed for the BTS concert, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Velvet was extremely professional and kind, and Josh was wonderful as well. He helped me very quickly and was fast and reliable, even though it was very busy when I arrived. I really appreciated that!
There’s also parking right across the street, which was very convenient. As for the...

"I love that the hotel was at a walkable distance to the M&T bank stadium. I stayed here for one night to see BTS. For the price, it was clean, had the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy and the room’s A/C was cool enough to beat the summer’s humidity and heat at this time. "The room smelled very strongly of mold/mildew and was damp. We asked to switch rooms several times but they could not accommodate. Asked for a dehumidifier or anything else that could be done - our info was taken down and never received a response. The location is convenient and parking is reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel in good faith."

"They charge you for everything INCLUDING THE BREAKFAST!! It is like $12 or $24 per person for breakfast buffet style we just left and got breakfast somewhere else. The “Starbucks” is not a Starbucks they just have the sign and cups but nothing Starbucks related. One of the workers was extremely rude to me when i asked if they had any silverware. Overall only good for the room which is extremely disappointing for a hotel that up charges for everything."
