"The suite was clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It was equipped with a large refrigerator, a small stove, and a microwave. However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities.
Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking....

"The shower had no cold water for two days it was boiling hot water that can damage my skin.I asked for house cleaning and when I came back nothing was done it was the same as I left.the next day I asked to make sure there was housecleaning coming to my room and they said yes I will make sure.That night they took the trash but didn’t make the beds.This is really unprofessional and very disappointing.Not to mention the first night I had to switch rooms and the water in the shower was boiling hot...

"The property itself was nice but the fact the mat we checked in at 8pm and our room still wasn’t ready was a big problem. We weren’t the only ones still waiting and we were attending a concert nearby so we had to change in a conference room. The hotel clerk was very patient and calm with the chaos but it was definitely an experience we won’t forget. Not sure about booking there again. "

"The good: Lots of breakfast options (average food), parking felt safe, staff was friendly, room was clean, and beds were comfy. The bad: The hotel is on a busy road, our room was on 2nd floor facing the intersection traffic lights, traffic noise all night, and noise in the hallway at times. We kept smelling weed and noticed just under our window was a patio table were folks would go to smoke. Price was reasonable, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to think about something not near...
