Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk who were more than willing to accommodate our requests for extra coffee, towels etc. Property consists of a group of buildings each with 2-3 rooms; looks like most of the rooms have been recently renovated to high standards. "The location is fantastic, with a spectacular view on the lake if you choose a lakeview. A very genuine welcome from The Ranch team, with all detailed explanations, a map to help you to navigate around. For our first time going camping, we want definitely to come back there !"

"We've never had our own private cove before. It was wonderful, as were the harbor seals, red-tailed hawks and gliding buzzards. The cabin was beautiful and very cozy. We will recommend it to friends. P.S. Be sure to visit the Sea Ranch Chapel."

"Nice room, comfy bed, beautiful view, nice people. What's not to love?"

"Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. "

"This was a great house for our family vacation. It was enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. And the location can’t be beat! "

"We had a great stay here! The place was very clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we got into a car crash on our way to the house, but arriving at such a peaceful and comfortable space really made a tough day a lot better. It felt like the perfect place to decompress and reset. We would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!"

"Clean place with an amazing view! The kitchen was sparse but the hot tub and neighborhood were perfect. The path to the beach was a short walk away and it was beautiful! "

"The owner, Karen, made us feel so welcome like it was our own home for 4 days. The house was spotless and so much space both indoors and our for our 3 generations. 4 little ones spent their time either in the pool, out on the lawns playing ball, playing board games at the kitchen table or watching TV in the family room. The house is so comfortable, the views incredible and 5 minutes into Healdsburg. Thank you Karen for your hospitality."

Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, however we did need more seating in the living room with the kitchen chairs. The beds were just adequate, but i do like a softer bed.
