"Staff useless unhelpful "

"Great staff and complimentary breakfast. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable."

"Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by."

"The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom had adequate space and it was clean. The staff was friendly and kept our luggage safe. There are a couple of options for breakfast and it was good. It's location near the station is convenient. "

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t quite working, and the heat actually ended up turning on a couple times however this neighbourhood was quiet enough for us to crack the window for fresh air instead. This hotel is also quite close to Hiroshima station and made it easy to commute!"
