- The cottage is located in a peaceful, rural area of Fernsplatt, surrounded by stunning countryside and just a short drive from the coast (7 miles). Situated on the doorstep of the trail from Devoran to Portreath which is one of the most popular routes in Cornwall for cyclists, walkers and runners, giving you the chance to explore both coastlines. Hop in the car to the cathedral city of Truro for aplenty of shopping and cafes or Falmouth harbour with plenty to see and do. Enjoy the boutique shops, endless restaurants, take a boat trip and visit the beaches - both within 10 miles. Head 8 miles to St Agnes which is known for its picturesque streets, local shops, and historic buildings. Local cycle hire facility at Bissoe, nearby. This cottage is ideally situated for south coast sailing and the many sailing events on in the region.
Step inside and hang up your outer wear in the porch. From here, you'll find a spacious living room with piano, comfy sofas, a Smart TV and a newly installed wood burner at one end, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area. There's also a fully equipped kitchen in a modern and contemporary style with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, as well as a dining area with seating for six. On the ground floor, there's also a family shower room and WC plus second separate WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a king, double and 2ft6 twin. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature comfortable mattresses and bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Outside, there's a lovely enclosed and private garden with a patio area and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or alfresco dining under the star lit sky. There's also a communal meadow with a trampoline for the youngsters, a fire pit and seating, ideal for toasting marshmallows and catching up with family in the evening. Electric vehicle charger available for guest use.

- 1 Bathroom/with shower, basin and WC - plus a separate second WC
- Electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, small microwave, coffee machine and Ninja airfryer
- Iron and ironing board provided, plus laundry on arrangement with owner (one load per week)
- Welcome pack provided
- Smart TV in lounge
- Newly installed for 2025 - Wood burner in open plan lounge/diner (first bundle of logs supplied)
- Highchair and travel cot available on request
- Please note that some of the downstairs rooms have lower than average ceilings due to the age of the property
- Enclosed private garden with outdoor seating, terrace, lawn and trampoline (children to be supervised)
- Communal meadow with a fire pit
- Driveway parking available for up to four cars
- Electric vehicle charger available for guest use by prior arrangement - at additional cost, payable direct to owner (please provide your own level 1 charger)
- Dinghy/boat trailer parking available on arrangement with owner.
