"This cottage is honestly the most accessible we have found, spacious & clean with lovely furnishings, soft fluffy towels & bed linen - so it feels like a proper holiday cottage, not a hospital! Location is excellent too, just minutes from Perranporth ( with pharmacy!) & a superb londis shop down the road at Goonhaven"

"Rented this house with my girlfriend. An absolutely stunning house with an incredible view of the beautiful Cornwall beach! The ocean waves and beach are extremely close... paradise! Having rented two other amazing properties in England, this one was a true beauty. Communication with the property managers was very convenient with very quick replies. Highly recommended property!"

"We found Pengerein in 2024 and this was our third visit. The sea views are second to none and the immediate access to the Coast Path, with an easy walk to Portscatho in one direction and The Hidden Hut and Porthcurnick in the other, mean it is perfectly positioned. The house works brilliantly for us with 2 en suite bedrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and everything is well organised and easy to manage. Downstairs there is lots of space and the sitting room has comfortable sofas...

"Overall Towan is a nice little cottage however there is no privacy at all ,every window has footpath right next to it for people using the other cottages. A shortage of kitchen equipment ( saucepans, no slotted cooking spoon, showers very poor, insufficient pressure and water cutting out. Thankfully the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and I’m sure the above can easily be remedied . Thank you."
