"Rooms had stains on the bathroom floor, they show up because the floors are black. So they seem dirty. Breakfast area was way too small to accommodate that many rooms. Should have made a bigger area. They did a bad job refilling items, didn’t care cause it was closer to closing. Which, if it is open till 10 have it all available till 10. Hallway smelled like vomit or some horrible cleaning solution the whole weekend. I’m kinda picky but otherwise a nice stay."

"The hotel is close to many attractions by foot and nearby light rail (Red Line). The staff were friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast had several hot and cold options that were quite good. The only thing that was slightly negative was the elevators were sometimes very slow."

"Clean rooms. Friendly/helpful staff. We were able to add housekeeping for all days. Close to major attractions. Nice restaurant attached with many options from pastries/desserts to full meals. Parking (not valet) is 2 blocks away. But they do validate (we paid $60 a night). Flat walk to/from garage."

"Fun vibe. You get a drink token at check in and there are games and things to do in the lobby/bar. Clean room with a big floor to ceiling window."

"Small room. Not very clean, but the building is really old so, whatever. Valet is $75 plus tip. They charge you $50 for “incidentals” and another $30 for room perks or something. So be prepared to pay a lot more money after your room rate. Great view and the bartender in the lobby was wonderful. Everything else about this place was meh."

"This is an older property but still maintained well. The rooms are a nice size however the bathroom are smaller than other Intercontinental I have stayed in. The junior suit is underwhelming."

All of the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, and the spa was incredible. It exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!"
