"Such a great hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and it couldn’t have better views or a better location. Absolutely perfect and we will stay here again when we come back for New Years! I will say there is a $32 a day fee when you check out, which I wasn’t aware of so keep that in mind! Get the river view rooms, also! "

"The staff goes above and beyond. Our trip was to celebrate my son's birthday. Upon arrival he had a birthday cake and card waiting for him. This was an unexpected suprise that really added to the trip. On-site dining was great. Loved the location, we could walk anywhere. Some review I read stated that the hotel was showing its age. "This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are clean. The service is impeccable, and the products!! The signature scent is to die for. It is now a part of my life. I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. Will definitely be back!"

"Room was spacious. Housekeeping services are available but you never see carts/housekeepers. If you choose not to have housekeeping, it’s very easy to get what you need and service is prompt. There was always one or more employees at the front desk and someone out front to help with questions, directions, etc. Location was great! We were able to walk - safely - to so many places.
