"This wonderful home has everything we could have needed. The homeowners have provided a clean, well-stocked, welcoming place to stay for vacation. The pool towels and extra propane were not expected, but very much appreciated. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 Golden Retrievers and everyone enjoyed their stay to the fullest. Nick was communicative and extremely helpful. We would love to rent this perfect home again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at your place. The only things we had a problem with was; Not enough towels for 4 people, kitchen was not fully Outfitted to cook a meal. No can opener! No med. size pots, only one bowl for serving. I am a cook and found this frustrating. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Hope this helps for the future."

"We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

"At first we felt like overaged grad students due to the location, young adults and music. We were in town for a funeral and also had our 7 year old grandson. But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. I loved the front porch each morning while sipping coffee. Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time."
