Loved this place! Very nice to have an onsen in the building. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Not much around in the town, but it was a nice break. Also really enjoyed the Japanese style room. Plenty of space and beautiful view of the ocean!

The hotel has an absurd location with ski in - ski out facilities, but the building is outdated. The room size was ok, but the bathroom was a joke! It seemed like it was taken from a ship from the 80s! Think about and old, tight bathroom... It was so bad that we ended up taking showers at the onsen ...

Ski lockers on basement floor, you put your skis on and ski down to the family lift, you can get your lift tickets there or online ahead of time. From that lift you can go up to the other lifts. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday!
