"This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu."

"A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But...

"Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. "The hotel is located in the middle of fields/forest. Don’t expect much of a town to go to for a walk. You’ll be spending most of the time in the hotel building. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, it’s best to be very specific about what you can’t eat and write in Japanese if possible, to avoid misunderstandings. Overall the stay was ok but I found the interior design a bit on the darker side and not very cosy. It’s like instagram post come to life."

"We booked Room C and we stayed at Room B, not sure about the difference but the sauna didn't work which was disappointed. We notified the owner and we didn't get any compensation. "

"One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...
