The bed was cozy and even though our room was near the elevator it was very quiet. We did not oot for the breakfast so can't comment. This hotel has recently been bought out by the Marriott. "The welcome my wife and I received when we arrived at the hotel for check-in was amazing, something like I’ve never experienced before. So friendly and all staff couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary coffee was brought to our room by a lovely guy called Lit. Additional milk was delivered to our room within seconds. Thoroughly recommend this hotel mainly for its service, but also for its location. "

"Saubere, neue und ruhige Unterkunft, die nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Tube Station "Earl's Court", Lebensmittelgeschäften und Lokalen entfernt ist. Family room mit zwei Doppelbetten für einen Städtetrip ausreichend groß (wir reisten mit Bordgepäck, weshalb uns der Platz reichte; mit großen Koffern mag es zu viert zu eng sein). Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen."

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I arrived very early morning from a long overseas flight and the staff did I their best to get a room ready for me couple hours before the 3PM check in time. The room was extremely clean and modern and despite being on the smaller side with US standards was very functional."
