Upgraded 3 b/r villa with private heated pool, table tennis, golf clubs and wii.

Recently refurbished 3 bedroom detached villa with large new private heated pool in the perfect location, very close to the clubhouse and the centre of Mar Menor Golf Resort. There are two new fitted bathrooms, new fitted kitchen, all the furniture and décor is new and modern. There is a wii with lots of games, a SMART TV, Wifi and variety of family board games for everyone to enjoy. We also have foldable sunbeds for the nearby beaches, beach games, two childrens stunt scooters and golf clubs for your enjoyment. There are various pool toys including two basketball nets. We also have a new outdoor table tennis for your use.
There is A/C in the lounge and all bedrooms, there are silent, remote control ceiling fans in all bedrooms for the warm months and full central heating for cooler months.
All linen, towels and large beach towels are provided.
The pool is larger than average with the option to heat for an additional weekly charge in the cooler months.
We have a lovely terrace with a garden sofa set on the 1st floor with views of the golf course, 4 sunbeds by the pool and two extremely comfortable hanging basket chairs to enjoy the morning sun. There is a large covered terrace with table and chairs for 6 people to enjoy al fresco dining.
The new fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, coffee machine, microwave, juicer and all the things you would have in your own kitchen at home. There is a dining table indoors for cooler months.
There are two hairdryers, travel adaptors and a triple USB charger.
The resort is built on a well maintained, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with many other fantastic golf courses within a short drive.
If you are not a golfer there are tennis courts and paddle courts within the resort and fantastic beaches a short drive away.
There is a well stocked supermarket on the resort which you can walk to from the villa in under 2 mins or the nearest town of Torre Pacheco is less than 5 mins drive. The fantastic and popular town of Los Alcazares is less than 10 mins drive with a great selection of restaurants and bars, also fantastic beaches with a variety of water sports available.
Also well worth a visit is the historic port of Cartagena which is a 20 min drive. Originally an important Roman port, it is now a busy cosmopolitan town. You can take a boat tour to see the ancient maritime sights, historic fort and hilltop castles, amble around the town taking in its numerous cultural and historic landmarks – or just head to the shops: Cartagena offers a selection of typical Spanish shops and high street brands.
There is a great choice of restaurants on the resort and on the Boulevard directly outside.
Additional charges are cleaning at €100 to be left at the end of the stay and pool heating at £120 per week if required for the cooler months.

Everything as expected

We have been to the area before but many years ago. The villa was ideally located near the main hotel, a well stocked supermarket and about 10-15min walk to other restaurants. The villa was very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The owners were very good and helpful. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this villa.

Amazing villa

The villa is amazing! Everything you need there and very comfortable. Went to beach Los Alcazeros and although they had 15 empty sumbeds refused us to hire said all reserved. Didn't feel welcome sadly.

Lovely location

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Villa is in a great spot, not far from the spa and outside restaurants. We loved the pool, great size. Villa was very well equipped with everything you could need inc chargers, towels, kitchen things etc. We found the hosts very responsive and helpful when we needed to contact them. No major issues to report. We didn’t use any of the facilities on the site. The paddle courts are part of a club with a €20 per person, per day charge which seemed a bit excessive. May have been tempted to try the golf if pitch & putt was available but we couldn’t see that, definitely more of a serious golf course. It’s a very pretty, well kept area. We noticed every day groundsmen were out tending the front lawns and pavements.

Family break - end August 23

Great villa in a quiet golf resort. The photos don’t do the villa justice, it is really quite spacious indoors and cool with 3 good size bedrooms and decent sized bathrooms, perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. The villa has a great sized pool with really nice water temp and plenty of pool toys which along with the new table tennis table kept us all entertained. The Wi-Fi at villa was great and the Wii kept us busy when we needed a break from the sun! The kitchen had everything we needed and a large fridge/freezer which was great for all our supplies. The supermarket is a 5min walk away so as we didn’t have a car, we used the very useful shopping bag trolley on wheels and large beach bags (at the villa) to carry our water and beverages back, very handy in the heatwave! We didn’t fancy the loud entertainment at the golf club/Clover bar so headed to the boulevard for dinner most nights. We particularly liked the Players bar for drinks/football,the Tasty Bites Indian, Gustoza Italian and Chill out pizza for casual eat in/takeaway. Also mention the MMGR club just down the road was great for beer and tapas any time of day. Headed to Los Alcazares one evening (15 euros each way in taxi) and enjoyed the shops, bars and the atmosphere outside, would have liked to visit in the day but was too hot when we visited. All in all a very relaxing week during the back end of the heat wave in a really nicely furnished comfortable villa,we highly recommend if that’s what you are after..

Lots better than the pictures… lovely location on the resort.. great Com’s from the owners and helpful nice key holders.. private in the back garden.. all in all a great villa at a great price.. now for the one but important negative… after day 3 the pool started to turn green and by the end of the week it was dark green and no way could you swim in it for the second half of the holiday…and it really did impact on are holiday as all we wanted to do was relax and swim..l am not blaming the owner or key holder .. but the pool cleaner and the cleanliness of the pool really needs to be addressed because it is letting down (on this occasion ) a great value package

Fabulous villa on an excellent resort

Great villa well equipped and very comfortable and in a great location on the resort . Any issues were dealt with immediately The owner Shannon and key holder John were excellent . Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and well stocked supermarket .The private heated pool was an added bonus . Can’t wait to book again .

Bad weather, beautiful villa

newly renovated villa, well maintained with all what you need for a short or long stay. Spacy and well equipped kitchen, furniture with enough space for a family and a large, covered patio to enjoy warm summer evenings. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy so that we couldn't use neither the patio nor the large pool. But an effective heating kept the house warm and cozy.

Excellent Villa

Pictures don’t do the villa justice, it has everything you need, great location, 3-5 mins walk to spar & boulevard where there is a good selection of bars/restaurants, 2 mins from main hotel & amenities, pool is a great size and the pool heating was perfect for a stay in October (also reasonably priced extra compared to other villas we’ve stayed in) owner was extremely helpful, I would definitely stay again and will highly recommend

Lovely villa

I stayed in this lovely villa with 3 of my friends. Check in and check out process was absolutely fantastic and the host was so accommodating to our needs. Had everything you needed and more! I would definitely stay back at this villa, the location is fab and it has working air con and lots of space. We left our lilos there and hope to see them next year as we’ll definitely be back!! Espectacular Villa

Hemos disfrutado de esta villa como si estuviesemos en casa, una vivienda super completa, con montón de servicios para no tener que preocuparse por nada, mucho entretenimiento para los niños incluido. Increíble la casa

Buen sitio para descansar. Poca limpieza

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pero mucho masa pequeño las fotos engañan. La limpieza del interior de la villa sólo aceptable. Por fuera había hasta telarañas muy sucio. Se lo remití al propietario y me dijo que no tenía problema en venir a limpiar, pero las cosas no son así, cuando tú llegas a un lugar quieres que todo esté perfecto. Uno de los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones goteaba, resbale y me lastime el tobillo. Se que el propietario me responderá que me mandó un mensaje avisándome, no lo leí, es cierto, pero también tengo que decir que lo del aire me lo dijo una vez pagada la reserva. Espero que todas las quejas que le transmití al propietario sirva para que cuiden más la villa y los próximos huéspedes se sientan mejor. Es una villa pequeña pero muy bonita. Lo mejor la piscina, y está situada en una urbanización muy tranquila, sólo se oye a los pajarillos. No es para nada una villa de lujo.

Un lugar perfecto para unas buenas vacaciones

Una de las cosas que más nos ha gustado esque la casa estaba muy equipada. Tenía muchos juegos de mesa y juegos para la piscina. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar cómodamente y además el supermercado estaba muy cerca de la casa. Los propietarios siempre han contestado rápido a los mensajes y nos han ayudado si lo necesitábamos. Muchas gracias por estos días.

Estancia perfecta.

Nos ha gustado mucho en general, la casa bonita y comoda, tener una piscina para nosotros solos, es un lujo. Bien equipada, cocina completa, y ademas hemos tenido la suerte de estrenarla, barbacoa, y mesa de pin pon, donde, tanto mallores como pequeños hemos disfrutado. La ubicacion perfecta, en una urbanizacion tranquila, a diez min. de los supermercados de Los Alcazares (aunque la urbanizacion tiene un super) y las playas a partir de 20 min. Para terminar, la propietaria, una gran anfitriona.

Excellent villa

We have stayed on this resort a few times and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Pool heating was great seeing as it was February. Villa is very well equipped with a superb new kitchen. Loads of extras Wii, Alexa and loads of pool and board games plus a brand new table tennis table. Will be returning for sure.

Fab family holiday 😎🤗🌞🏡

Just returned from a fab family holiday in this great villa.😍 We arrived a little later than arranged due to car hire confusion at the airport. Within 15 mins of arrival, Leaza arrived to check all was ok for us, and to show us how the aircon ect worked. We have stayed on the resort many times over the passed 5 years and love it. 🤗This was one of the best villas we have holidayed in. We spent 17 nights as a family of 5, with other family joinng us on the resort for a week during our stay, some in another villa and some in the hotel. We had the best time👍 Altogether there was 12 of us,🤗 there was no problem cooking for us all on most nights. The BBQ was fab, 🍗🥩🍔🥗🥓, everything we needed in the kitchen, and anything else we needed we picked up from the Chinese shop near the Dialprix supermarket so all good👍. This lovely home in the sun, had a fab living space, good sized bedrooms, lovely bathroom and en-suite. Fab outdoor space, for dining and relaxing by the pool, 🤽‍♀️😎👙which was also a good size. Any issues we had Leaza was there and we sorted straight away, she was brilliant 💐 The villa is just a short walk to the hotel, on site supermarket, paddle courts and the restaurants on the Boulevard, so an ideal spot to spend your time in the sun🌞. Great communication with Shannon the owner, any question we had prior to our arrival was answered promtley. You truly have a home from home in the sun 💝. We hope to return soon, 🤞🏡many thanks to both of you, Shannon and Leaza.👏👏 We have wonderful family memories for us to treasure for ever.💞 Very best wishes Lisa & Family xx xx

Lovely villa

Lovely villa ideal for any family. Everything is provided and available and lots of extras that are very handy ie Alexa speaker, international plugs, books and board games to keep you entertained for days. Villa over looks a golf course and is set in a golf complex. Plenty of entertainment night and day. Could not recommend it highly enough.
