"A rip-off! There’s no other way to describe the experienced. Paid $96K Yen (~$600 dls) for one night and the room was okish, but the washroom was in the middle of the room, and I had to wait 30min to check-in, and all we had was 2 waters - everything else was extra. The AC made a lot of noise. "

"We have stayed here twice as a family of 5- in 2025 and 2023. Ideal and quiet location with walking distance to shibuya scramble. Convenient bus transport from hotel to haneda and narita. Exceptional service and cleanliness and we will continue to return in 2026!"

"Clean hotel with lovely staff, a nice (uncrowded) gym, and convenient subway access. Beds are comfortable, lighting is great, and outlets are well placed. Breakfast was good but can get busy. The main drawback is the room layout. Storage is limited and poorly ventilated—there’s just one shelf and a small drawer in the closet, and opening the doors blocks the walkway. Shelving above the fridge is unusable due to fixed decor, and the safe is too small for a laptop. Towel space is also limited for...

Both are walkable! Overall, a great hotel to stay if you are visiting Tokyo. We would stay here the next time we come back!"

"Hotel Graphy has very funky common spaces. The staff are very friendly and being close to Shibuya station (10min walk was very convenient). The hotel has a great breakfast, try the smoked salmon and a man in a suit who serves beer and scoops the bubbles out during the 1hr free drinks period. The room was clean, as well as the shared bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the room was able to open the window to get air in. As other reviews have noted, the room (no bathroom) is incredibly small....
