"It seems staff is always out of office and doors locked. I hate to wait about 20 minutes outside at night for staff to return so I could check in. And every day I had to go to staff for them to reactivate my room key. It’s a no frills hotel which I was ok with. Room was clean. Area seemed safe. Bars/restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of public transportation to get you around."

"I've stayed there almost once a week since the beginning of the year. And generally the rooms are decent, and if there is an issue they fix it right away. this is been the worst room I've ever stayed in at this place. The refrigerator didn't work the shower barely got any water out of it and the coffee maker didn't work I told him about these issues and nobody ever fixed anything. Then as I was checking out they didn't even offer to make things right with me or refund me or nothing"

"Such a comfortable king bed. Conveniently located (walked to get Thai takeout at thai peacock), and was able to street park after 7 pm and before 8 am at no cost. Nespresso was a great touch. TV remote could use a good deep clean though. Will stay here again if I am ever in Portland."

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"We were surprised by poor service at The Heathman. Housekeeping, in particular, was lacking. The first day our towels were refreshed, but the beds left unmade and the coffee supplies were not replenished. I called the front desk to specifically request housekeeping for the following day to make sure they knew we wanted our room attended to and that we needed more creamer. Despite the request, the following day housekeeping did not come at all and when I called to complain the front desk did not...

"Loved our 5 day stay at Park Lane. The suite was very spacious, daily continental breakfast much appreciated, great location, extremely helpful & friendly staff. Laundry facilities right in the building after 2 weeks on the road was a fantastic bonus. Would definitely stay again & we recommend highly."
