room was ok; checkin was ok. we stayed 3 nights;,requested housecleaning for 3rd night but it wasn’t; brought this up to front desk & front desk got defensive. ordered oatmeal at cafe & order was forgotten until i finally asked after 20+ min; finally came after few more min. coffee machine in room was not working. no gym towels in fitness center so asked front desk. key was inactivated before we checked out so had to go to front desk to get new key.
i highly suggest you think twice about staying here; staff is not trained to pay attention to details for customer service. nice people but can’t deliver.
