"The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and we felt safe in/around the hotel. The valet service was also fantastic. Great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed our balcony. Only complaint: our room with a balcony faced a street that had noisy trash pickup every morning at 6. 😊 Other than that, fabulous!"

"No on site parking, public parking garages and street parking nearby, both are metered. The parking garage maxed out at $24 a night, and the street parking was for 3 hours max at $3 an hour"

"There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. The the ceiling was rough concrete, but not in a chic industrial way, in a - it was never completed way. Didn’t realize how tiny room was. I had asked for staff to fix a light that didn’t work on arrival, said they would, they did not. The bed was comfy, and the lounge areas were beautiful and fun! "Food was very good. Bed comfortable. Staff very impersonal, save one.Bathroom tiny and inconvenient. Nowhere to put things. Not enough outlets for electric personal appliances. Shower has mold at base. Toilet bowl stained."

"There was a lot of lobby noise with 40 plus 4th and 5th graders running around. Unusual that they would be allowed to make so much commotion in the lobby both the evening we arrived the n the next morning when we left. Also attended an event and wanted to inquire about heels I accidentally left at event. The attendant was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for the manager and he was great and was able to locate and return my heels."

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."
