"The location of the hotel was very convenient for graduation at ASU. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance but also very close to the university. The bathrooms had shower curtains that are not clean. Our first room had to be changed due to the shower drain being clogged from the jump. The tv remote did not work well, the blankets were visibly brown when held to the light. The bedding was cheap and hard feeling. The sink faucet fell off and there were rust marks in several areas....

"This is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The place is immaculate from the public areas to the pool area to the rooms. The staff are courteous, competent, and attentive. I have stayed in hotels which were much more expensive and not nearly as well managed and pleasant to stay in. I like Holiday Inn Express but this one exceeded my expectations by a mile. 5 solid stars! 10 out of 10! I'll definitely be back! "

Terrible service, toilet clogged so they calim their only maintenance service they have has emergency and took 36 hours for them to figure this out!!!!!!!!!
rooms smelled and definitely the worst customer service.
Dean has not been treated by people good before and neither has any idea how to deal with people! He definitely needs so many classes in customer service.
I wish I can give zero star!!!

"I do not recommend this hotel.
During our stay, my car was broken into while parked in the hotel’s parking lot. The thieves stole all of my belongings and completely shattered and removed the entire rear window of my car.
What is most concerning is that there are no cameras covering the back of the parking area, even though it is a very small parking lot owned by the hotel. The staff showed very little empathy or concern for what happened and took no responsibility whatsoever.

"I really liked this hotel. Close to family and the airport. Loved the two beds and the additional sitting room. AC worked great, the two drinks at the bar for happy hour were great too. Lots of friendly staff. And the price was right!

"We were very satisfied with our stay here. We only stayed one night, but the rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant. They also had a laundry, washer and dryer on site that we were able to wash our clothes which was very nice. There was a continental breakfast was full staffed with food a variety for everyone."

"Everything was amazing from the room, the view, the amenities and casino. I just wish the restaurants on site had more variety in what food they offer. The main pool was closed our entire stay but the west pool was amazing. Would definitely come back. "
