Familiar staff were here again this year with special thanks to Cris who welcomes everyone at the Happy Hour on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. He has a gentle and very professional manner. "The staff is wonderful the food and the bar was great. The only problem is the property is old. It is 11 century. It was cold in our room. We had to get an extra heater, but the Inn provided that and there was an issue with the water, we had no hot water one day. But again it’s 11 century Inn, I think it’s great for a night or two, but we stayed four nights, probably won’t do that again only because of the age, TV also was not working properly. "The hotel is located pretty close to the Heathrow’s airport, less than 25 minutes using public transportation. The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious and clean. "We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care..
