"I really enjoyed my stay-which consisted of 5 days. The rooms are roomy and clean. I felt at home with a full kitchen, comfortable living, along with a clean, comfortable bedroom. We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and checking in on a Wednesday they were grilling burgers. What a heartwarming welcome. We were hungry from traveling. I felt like I had just made it home. Thanks Residence Inn. I will be returning."

"Was initially a bit nervous to stay in a hotel of this style with my kiddo, however the property was clean, the gate worked and I felt safe. Rooms were clean, well stocked, shower water got hot with no problems. Plenty of parking and spaces are convenient, and I was able to park right in front of my window. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Other guests and residents were pleasant. Very affordable pricing by night and in the early check in and late checkout fees. I would recommend...

"Only stayed here 1 night because it was so close to the airport & I had to pick up my daughter first thing in the morning. The best amenity was it's proximity to Kenner Seafood restaurant, which may be the best restaurant in the New Orleans area."

"Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service."

"No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans. "

"The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. "
