"Very nice hotel. Great staff."

"With an arrival scheduled past midnight, and too late to pick up a rental car, we booked this property based on the close proximity to the airport and the 24/7 on demand shuttle service. Both were good. We did have to wait quite a while for the shuttle . . . but the delay was explained by a wonderfully friendly shuttle driver, explaining he was very low on gas and had to stop to fill up. In the morning, the staff cheerfully insisted on driving me across the street to the rental car...

"Breakfast quality was good, although pancake maker wasn’t working and they ran out of plates and forks and knives. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring. "

"Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator...

"The facility was adequate. Needs updating for current technology. The TV was only connected to cable and had no capabilities for streaming. The phone had to be disconnected because of a message beep that could not be turned off. The phone was useless to contact the front desk or anything else. Physical accomodations were very clean and good. "

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right "
