"Check in and out was so simple. Room was super clean. Balcony was nice. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch to the room and being able to see the beach while soaking. It was quiet even though we had neighbors. Bed was comfortable, we even had robes, and dishes in our rooms. Would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones on the bed are a bit small. Bonus, you are right at the water front and can listen to the waves crash on the beach. Also had a private walkway from the hotel to the beach 😁...

"For a deluxe balcony suite this was the most bare bones that we have experienced at the Inn. Usually wonderful rooms, this time very mediocre. NOT worth the money. Very disappointed this time. Because historically we have had a wonderful time at the Inn we will give it another chance. That room 430 needs a major upgrade with TV tech newer than 10 years ago and the carpet was stained and the baseboard heaters are all rusty. Also, the sliding glass doors/screens are broken and barely work....

"We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City.was a bit cold for the beach so we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Nice breakfast in the morning. "

"Kitchen was fully stocked and the room was very clean. The bed is on the hard side and the recliners in the living room are small and difficult to get out of if you are tall. Gorgeous view, great parking. We could hear the neighbors on the floor above. "

"The Palace is showing some age, but it’s a good value for the price. The family room was large with a usable kitchenette and table. "

" All the staff were very kind and friendly. The building has direct access to beach and beautiful sunset views. The room was very clean and up to date. Was first time ever seeing a bidet in any hotel before. It’s conveniently located close to local dining venues and grocery stores. There is a snack rack and drink cooler that aren’t overly hotel priced and a fresh variety continental breakfast. "

"It was a good place to sleep. Bathrooms are small. No faucet in the bathroom. That was odd. Light is terrible and they only offer cable. Lame. Other than that it was great. Just a basic hotel for 200.00 more then every where else. "
