"I had the oceanfront king size bed Jacuzzi room, which was absolutely amazing. After sitting on the deck, watching the sun go down over the ocean. I hopped in that Jacuzzi tub. It was so relaxing. I couldn’t hear the people on either side of me. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed there for 5 nites. Everything was only OK. The room rate was a different amount for every single nite! The "suite" that we had was spacious enough, but there was no table and chairs, so no place to sit and eat or work if needed. There was a small fridge and microwave, so where do you eat - on the bed? The screen door to the balcony was torn and slid very roughly on the track - like one of those cheap 50's aluminum screen doors. The balcony railing was extremely rough - paint peeling...

"I drove 2 hours and paid a few hundred follars for a room for 2 with a view, balcony, jacuzzi tub and as soon as i walked in with my son to check in i was told kids cant stay in there rooms, they canceled my reservation on the spot and was told sorry expedia is supposed to advertise these rooms are adult only. That was not advertised anywhere. Everywhere i called to reserve a room that day as it was a saturday late afteernoon and a busy weekend at the coast all hotels were booked out. "

"The bathroom was missing a shelf/holder in the shower. I had placed the shampoo on the ground and held the soap while taking a shower and the doors didn't completely shut causing water to get all over the floor. I was on floor 2 and there were people above my room stomping during the night waking me up. It happened three times. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the issues and she just shrugged. Didn't even say, "sorry"."

"There was ants in my room and on the bathroom counter. They switched me rooms, that room had ants also, and a soap bar with hairs on it behind the bathroom door . The manager still persisted that we pay for the rooms. Only a $65 credit was given. The manager refused to talk with me."

"This is the worst experience in my life for a hotel or motel stay! I recently booked a non pet room from Ester Lee Oceanview Inn to see the beautiful sunset by the Pacific Ocean.
