"Loved this hotel! The vibe was very cool and cosy, very welcomed by the reception staff. Very good value for money, best place I’ve stayed in London! Swimming pool, sauna & steam room, gym all included. Beautiful communal kitchen to use which was very convenient as I booked without the breakfast option. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We got to have the room 7 which is at the top. We had a nice view to the street and also a small window for the sky. Breakfast was fantastic. Made by a cook at 8 am and we also had bananas, apples, juices, including a nice coffee machine. They also gave us the opportunity to leave our bags and go to explore the city in our last day. The zone is nice, you have a nice market on a walking distance, the area is safe, and you have 2 metro stations really...

"It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "

"Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower. Nearby corner shop and Tesco metro. Short walk to cafes etc at Queens Park. The food in the pub was very good. My only complaint is that one of the bar staff had a runny nose, would blow it and NOT WASH HIS HANDS and go on to serve people.Basic hygiene!!! I am glad we had eaten before we noticed this.."

"Bathroom wa sa very small wet room, which flooded the bedroom floor! Lucky there was nothing of mine on the floor that could have been ruined. Consequence of a tiny wetr9om is that the toilet is completely soaked after using the shower. The room was extremely noisy, even with powerful earplugs. I think there was either a band on until fairly late, or very loud music. "

"If you have a car be aware this Best Western is near the City of London and is quite a congested area parking is often hard to find. as for the hotel I love the pre wwII building,decorstions and overall feeling , a step bck into a different time is what they are selling here. No A/C you are given (in your room) two small fans that usually do the job and in the spring becautious when opening windows as most or all have no screens to keep bees and wasps outside,a possible allegatic situation to...

"Very nice area. Cute and quiet and not far from a lot of train lines and bus rides to go into the major parts of London. Cute room to rest and reset before going to explore London. Did have a pool and a restaurant onsite but I literally just stayed here to sleep and shower and felt safe and comfortable sleeping here. Especially in another country "

"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "
