"Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment. Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location"

"Yes . Staff were extremely helpful when we first went to the unit there was water on the carpet adjacent to the tiles in the living area. The issue was addressed promptly. Early the next day the maintenance man came and checked the dishwasher and proved that it did not leak. I was very impressed with his work ethic and friendly manner. I believe that the fridge door in the unit has a problem with closing. One had to push the door firmly to make sure that it was fixed fast."

"Very nicely located! One street back from the beach which made it fairly quiet. The building is clean and well maintained. Easy parking that is free, but not secured during the day, but gates shut at night. "
