The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast. It was not served until 8:00, and the only items served were breads/pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. No hot entrees, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, and...

"We arrived with the incorrect code for the door. It took multiple times with the management and multiple differe"

Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't."

"Good hotel mostly clean coffee available 24 hrs aday breakfast wasnt bad. Staff was ok heard other customer say they had roaches in thier room didnt see any in ours."

"When we walked in the room smelled terrible, there were dead roaches. The water ran brown. However, I went to the front desk and asked for another room. She was so nice and apologizing. She got us a different room that was cleaner. "
