Having individual air conditioning in each room was a huge plus, and they did not skimp on the towels! The location is perfect for sightseeing since it is close to the national park and the city center. Would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't."

The light fixture was hanging loose from the ceiling, hairtie and toys still on the floor from the previous guests, food still in the refrigerator from the previous guest, and worst part was there was no shower curtain. I’ve been waiting a week for the manager to contact me to try to make this right. Previously, we have stayed here every time we came to Gatlinburg. It’s been the highlight of my son‘s summer.
