"チェックインの際に、シティビューからオーシャンビューへアプグレをしてくださり感謝しています！ 明るくてきれいな施設に、フレンドリーなスタッフたちがセキュリティ、ロビー、フロント、レストランに揃っており、みなさん一生懸命に接してくれて、素敵なホスピタリティを感じました！ シャワーの水圧も問題なし。館内には24時間のジム（広いし器具も豊富！24時間！）や、サウナもあって、台風直撃のタイミングであったがホテル内でも充実して過ごすことができた。 滞在中に転んで怪我をしたが、初日の応急手当と翌日の追加の手当もしていただいて、これも心強く感謝です。 周辺アクセスは、グラブで空港まで20分程度、ニュータウンへも10分かからない程度なので、セブの街中の喧騒から逃れてリゾートを味わうのであれば、マクタンのここがとてもおすすめ！ "

"Staff are very courteous and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, bottled water and coffee, personal care items were refilled and fresh towels provided. We love their breakfast buffet and the Halina outdoor restaurant. We were glad they have a beach access which we enjoyed early in the morning before it gets too hot. "

"10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location."

"スタッフの方は礼儀正しく親切でした。 シャワーの水量や温度も十分でした。 メッセージのやり取りで、あらかじめ空港からのお迎えも手配していただけ安心して移動できました。 コンセントの形状はAもCも使えるタイプでした。お部屋の掃除の時に水のボトルを補充してもらえるし、フロント兼レストランのフロアにはウォーターサーバもあるので、滞在中は水を買う必要はありませんでした。 またセブ島に行く際にはお世話になりたいと思います。"
