"部屋:普通に綺麗！エアコンは弱でも日本の急より強くかなり寒い！寝る時はオフ！ 冷蔵庫:あまり冷えない、セブはこのホテルに限らず小さく冷えない シャワー:水圧弱い！ヘッドを上に向けて10cmくらいの水圧 トイレ:流して、水が溜まり次流すのに約2分ほどかかる ビーチ:500m離れた場所にあり、シャトルバスは200mくらいしか進まない。シャトルバス待つなら歩いたほうが断然早い！ロビーからビーチまで7〜8分！ ビーチ着いたら飲み物は預けさせられるので、持って行くと荷物になる。 プール:ホテル内のプールは小さい。ビーチにあるプールは快適！ スタッフ:みんな笑顔で対応！ 掃除:毎回何かが足りない。歯ブラシ交換ない。タオル補充忘れてる。ドライヤーない。石鹸補充ない 朝食:個人差あると思うけど、私は種類が少ないと感じた！スタッフ笑顔だから、ま、いいか。 機会があればまた泊まるかもしれません。"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Everything was terrible. They sent is to the wrong building twice for check-in (dragging kids and luggage from building to building.). Rooms don’t match description, shower flooded, rooms too small for luggage, room unprepared upon arrival, non-functional internet, broken cabinets, thin and worn out mismatched towels, and a collection of 10 keys all put together without annual labels, apparently one for each cabinet, bathroom, entry, etc. I mean this place was terrible...

"This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. "
