"I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

"Bathroom was clean the rest of the room could have been cleaner it's an apartment complex not a hotel it my wife didn't speak Vietnamese i would have been sleeping in the lobby for the night I should have been contacted with a locker number and code to open a locker to get the room number and key everything you needed to was right out side the complex fod and supplies "

"The rooms are clean and good view of the lake. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Breakfast was a good spread and variety of choices. We liked the convenience of the location."
