"Beautiful location! Sorta close to grocery & gas. Resort may have food store. Didn’t check. Looks fantastic inside. Paneling design great. Plenty of room for family or separate space. Great front porch. Great covered deck with table in back. "

"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever...

"The outside is a little rustic but inside was clean and updated. Nice comfy mattress. The kitchen was easy to cook in with everything I needed. A nice little coffee station offered Keurig or full coffee pot option. Nicely updated bathroom was spotless with lots of hot water. I'm glad it was just me inside. A family of four would be very cozy. But the deck was ginormous. Black Bear offers mini golf, a communal fire pit, tennis courts, and a pool. The views were gorgeous. My Landseer Newfoundland...

"Very clean. Hottub was perfect. Firepit was set up nicely. Cabin is perfect size for a couple wanting to get away for weekend. Ohiopile is 15 minutes away, casino is 10 minutes away, winery is 10 minutes away."

"This house in the mountains is amazing. It is a perfect retreat. Not only are the surroundings beautiful, the house and property are meticulous. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make a gourmet meal. Lizz, Tom and Daisy are top notch hosts and made us feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The inside of the house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The view was out of this world! The one thing that we would like to note, is that prior guests left large dog poop on the balcony that was not cleaned up by the staff. In addition, there was a bag of dog poop left in front of the home. Everything else was excellent and we still appreciate it being dog-friendly."

"Great getaway to the Laurel Mountains. Spotless, clean, quiet and secluded. Easy check in, location is off grid, and away from others. There was work being done on water lines near the property which impacted water pressure. This is beyond the control of the property manager, but before you book, double check to make sure that work is finished, or make the informed decision to book in spite of the friendly notice. No complaints on our end; just wanted to mention the situation for others. Hot Tub...

"What a great house! My friends and I stayed for the weekend. The house is large and quite comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the private dock and in the hot tub. We had a great time and would stay there again."

"What fun we all had! The indoor pool was definitely a highlight for us! kids of all ages were able to enjoy the game room and spend quality time in and around the lake. The use of 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made cooking and clean up a breeze. "
