"Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. ..."

"I Spent 45 minitues trying to get a space in the car park (as were many others) - so I would treat this hotel as needing to pay for parking elsewhere and factor the cost of it (I had to pay £22 for the closest car-park that wasn't already full) The room was clean and basic - the light did not work ..."
