"Everything was great. My only issue was my key card stop working to my room.. I went to the front desk and they had a maintenance crew there within 5 minutes… The battery to the door was dead but they had it changed and working within 30 minutes.. So I must say it was a great stay… thanks so much"

"It was my first trip to Nashville for birthday and everyone was so nice. We had a problem with our ac the first night and they had it fixed quickly. It was located in printers ally which i ended up liking more then broadway. Id definitely stay here again!"

"All in all a good hotel, especially the staff made this an enjoyable stay (Shoutout to Ruben and the lady in charge of breakfast)! The hotel is a good 30 minute walk (7 minute drive) from downtown. I walked there and felt fine both during the day and at night. Many dining options for take out and order. The lobby is decorated nicely, with swings and many cute seating options. They had a barkeeper that played live music. Contrary to what it says on Expedia they do offer complimentary breakfast,...

"It was a great location about 10 mins to Broadway and other popular attractions. A great selection of breakfast items were offered, very complete and it was tasty. This was by far the best breakfast provided that I have ever had at a hotel."
