"For the location, parking and maintenance of the guest house this is a great place for an overnight stay. The free parking was much appreciated and is tucked behind the guest house, with an easy pedestrian route to reception. The receptionist was friendly, responsive and informative. "Reception was unfortunately disorganised with many arrivals happening at once. Rooms were not ready and I would think this is a daily occurrence. We ate dinner in the connecting Hotel…. Food and service was cery good. The room was generally fine; bed clean and comfortable. Shuttle was a real bonus …. £7 per person which was not advertised anywhere."

"Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay."

"Handy overnighter at Heathrow if flights don’t connect. We booked an executive room - the breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Very basic bread, thinly sliced ham and cheese - all very low quality. Evening offerings were a lot better, wine barely drinkable though. All staff were lovely, friendly and helpful."

"Don’t use this hotel if you want a quick trip to the terminals in the mornings. They don’t have direct transfers and the bus stops at 6 other hotels and take 30mins. We were not told this when we called to ask we were just told yes we have transfer bus!!!!"
